Six months after the last post, here I am with the content I promised, and even more !!
I still want to develop several adventures into this game, and I still want that the first is a music-synchronized one. So to test some features with fmod and unity, I made a survival level that is fully controlled by music ! I hope you will enjoy it. Other thing that wasn't initially planned : COLORS !!! Each enemy type has now its own color in enhanced mode. Classic mode is now full blue, according to the plastic overlay you were supposed to add with the Vectrex. In the next weeks I will probably add some minor bugfixes and polish. Then it will be the beginning of a big adventure making for me.
CHANGELOG :
- Showing score and waiting to press a button to return to menu after game over
- Added colors to each mode
- Showing best score for each game type in menus
- Added survival mode with several levels :
- One By One and Chaos are just flooding enemies until you die
- Surrounded several waves and a border screen
- Live The Music : rythm waves during all the music, if you live through you win !
Known bugs to fix for the next update :
- Some enemies havent got the good explosion color for weird reasons
- Sometime descriptive texts in menu overlap
- Physics get messy with Player rarely (Bug in editor, couldnt reproduce in 0.6 build, tell me :p )
